As a Partner at Glick and Trostin, LLC, Bryan concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, business succession planning, and tax planning, as well as estate and trust administration and decedent’s probate estate administration. Bryan’s experience ranges from simple wills and powers of attorney to dynasty, generation-skipping, insurance, gift, and other specialized trusts. He also concentrates his practice in business succession planning, the creation of limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, and family offices. He is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
Bryan received his J.D. (cum laude) and LL.M. in taxation from the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Bryan was a member of the Law Review and volunteered and managed the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program helping low-income individuals file their income tax returns. Bryan attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration. Prior to law school, Bryan worked for a global technology company. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Estate Planning Council. In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and children around the city of Chicago.
